A Memorandum of Understanding between the Centro Interuniversitário de História das Ciências e da Tecnologia (CIUHCT) and the International Consortium for Research in the Humanities (IKGF) has been signed to foster the academic, scholarly and educational cooperation between the two institutions.

A particular - but not exclusive - goal of this cooperation is to develop the ASTRA Project: a project aimed at achieving a better understanding of astrology's place within the history of science and the history of ideas.
