Divination in Tibet and Mongolia. Past and Present

The Workshop “Divination in Tibet and Mongolia. Past and Present” gathers internationally distinguished scholars who will present, according to their own specialized researches in the field of Tibetan and Mongolian studies, a specific topic on the numerous and diversified systems and instruments for discovering hidden circumstances pertaining to those two cultural realities. The Workshop is the first of its kind. Through presentations and round table discussions participants will endeavor to establish a blueprint for a transdisciplinary and transcultural discourse on the nature and history of divination in Tibet and Mongolia.
